Welcome to the MIT Graduate Christian Fellowship!
Evolution. As Christians at MIT, the conflict is hard to miss. While evolution is the dominant theory of origins in academia, a straightforward literal reading of Genesis seems to say something very different. In this political atmosphere, a real conversation about the origin is often not easy, even though we all need it as honest truth-seekers. Come to LG this Friday where our brothers Sam Elder and Adam Hannon will share insights from both the Bible and the science of origins, followed by a group discussion on questions people have and how we can grow as Christians in exploring these issues. Prayer Square
- Lent begins next week on March 5, 2014! Pray that God help us remember the great sacrifice of Jesus Christ, and that the same grace will help us through the challenge of each day.
- Pray for the Veritas Forum, that non-Christians will be intrigued by the forum and that Christians will be emboldened to share their faith. Pray that there will be enough volunteers and that the planning team will be strengthened but also find rest in serving the Lord!

- Last Friday Amanda Swenson shared with us how to pray with different materials, in different postures and for different purposes. As we continue to practice lifting all things up to God, would this be the people you want to be praying for?
