Announcements
  • Our fall semester Faculty Dinner is next Friday, November 4th. The Faculty Dinner is a great opportunity to meet Christian professors at MIT and learn about how their faith intersects with their work. Stay tuned for more details.
  • The last Thrive for Everyone of this semester will be on Saturday, November 19, 7-9pm. Come enjoy a home-cooked meal, listen to testimonies from your fellow grad students, and participate in a conversation on "community". Join us for a discussion about what the Bible says about Christian community, why we need it as MIT grad students, and how to create and be a part of it. Please RSVP here so we know how much food to make!

  • Pray that we will "let [our] light shine before" our classmates, labmates, and supervisors for the glory of God.
  • Pray for the Lord to bring healing, hope, and justice to broken situations around the world
Spiritual Encouragement
The law of the Lord is perfect, refreshing the soul. The statutes of the Lord are trustworthy, making wise the simple. The precepts of the Lord are right, giving joy to the heart. The commands of the Lord are radiant, giving light to the eyes. The fear of the Lord is pure, enduring forever. The decrees of the Lord are firm, and all of them are righteous. They are more precious than gold, than much pure gold; they are sweeter than honey, than honey from the honeycomb.
-Psalm 19:7-10
