Faith, Justice and Race - with Harvard GCF

This week, we'll join the Harvard GCF to hear about the intersection of faith, justice and race. Guest speaker Jonathan Tremaine Thomas, hosted by Hilltop church, is a preacher/evangelist/activist from Ferguson, MO. Bring a friend! Here's the event page on facebook!

• What: "First Friday" - a night of worship and teaching on faith, justice and race

• Veritas Forum: Next Tuesday (3/5), MIT's Prof. Alan Lightman (atheist) and Notre Dame's Prof. Meghan Sullivan (Christian) engage in a discussion on Time: "525,600 minutes: Time, Eternity, and Finding Value in Our (Very Short) Lives." • HGCF-ASA joint meeting 2: Next Wednesday (3/6), the American Scientific Affiliation is holding another joint meeting with Harvard GCF. Prof. Craig Story from Gordon College will speak about the philosophical/theological ramifications of random processes in human biology with the title, "Randomness with Purpose" (more details).
