Welcome to the MIT Graduate Christian Fellowship!
There is no Large Group due to Good Friday. Instead, consider attending one of the local Good Friday services listed in this spreadsheet. If your church is having a Good Friday service that is not listed, feel free to add it too. This Sunday 4/20, we will have our annual Easter Potluck, 6pm at Tang 24th Floor Lounge. Bring your friends because there will be plenty of food to go around and plenty of stories to share about God's goodness! Text Adam Hannon (770-241-9199) to get in. Sign up here to bring a dish here.
Announcements
- This Saturday 4/19, GCF will be volunteering at CASPAR to cook a Easter dinner for the homeless and we need your help! Shifts are 12-3pm and 3-6pm. Please sign up here. Contact Heather (beem@mit.edu) or Alice (alicekao@mit.edu) for more info.
- GIG (Groups Investigating God) is a series of weekly group discussions for non-Christian/seeker friends to learn more about God. If you or a friend are interested, please contact Sam Perli.
- As we are in the midst of Holy Week, pray that our hearts would be prepared and readied for Easter. Pray that we would each have an opportunity to invite friends to celebrate with us.
- Pray for those graduating this semester, that the work of their hands and minds would be blessed and that they would receive the strength and encouragement needed to complete the task.
- Pray for Andy Sun's family and friends as they grieve for a beloved brother, and for the Christian community to come together to support each other through in times of personal struggle.
Last week we had a great time with Mickey and Michelle Sanchez of Highrock Church as they shared about their romance and marriage and fielded various questions GCFers had. If you missed it, listen to the recording.
