For this week's large group, we are addressing your most burning question of the semester: is the Bible infallible and trustworthy? To help us wrestle with this topic and more, Dr. Gordon Hugenberger, senior minister at Park Street Church, will be here for a discussion and Q&A session. He will be focusing on the historical accuracy of the Bible as a starting point. Bring your questions for what will surely be a lively conversation!

- TODAY: The MIT Chaplains are co-sponsoring an event @ 6:30pm called "Breaking Silence: A Community Response to Sexual Assault @ MIT." It will be held in PDRs 1 and 2 (2nd floor, Student Center). Dinner will be provided, and RSVPs are encouraged here.
- GCF has a team in MIT's intramural ultimate frisbee! We have two games this weekend, on Friday at 6pm (before large group) and Saturday at 2pm, both on Briggs Field. We could use some more players! E-mail Sam E if you're interested in playing.
- GIG (Groups Investigating God) is a series of weekly group discussions for non-Christian/seeker friends to learn more about God. If you or a friend are interested, please contact Sam Perli.
- NEXT WEEK: Our spring Faculty Dinner is coming up next Friday, so start thinking about inviting your friends to come.
- SAVE THE DATE: If you are possibly graduating some time this year (2014), please e-mail Kevin. We'll be holding a Goodbye to Graduates large group on 5/16 that we hope you can make!
- SAVE THE DATE: This semester's UCO Praise Night will be held on Thursday 5/15. More details to come.
- GCF will not have regular large groups over the summer. Instead, we're opening the door to various smaller-scale summer groups and sporadic social events. We'll send more information about those opportunities later, but think about whether you'd be interested in organizing a gathering or outing.
- Praise for a great Easter weekend celebrating the resurrection of Jesus Christ!
- Praise that the Boston Marathon was secure and celebratory.
- Pray for those graduating at the end of this term and in the upcoming months, that they would have extra strength, wisdom, and perseverance to finish the race well.
- Pray for those with on-going and recently discovered health issues, whether family, friends, or yourselves. Pray that they will tangibly receive an abundance of God's healing, mercy, and grace.
He is risen! The GCF family celebrated together at our annual Easter Potluck this past Sunday. The 24th floor of Tang was full of conversation and abundant food generously prepared by many hands. Afterwards, some continued the party with Dance Central, with many a dance superstar emerging from the ranks :)

Special thanks to Adam H for coordinating and setting up the potluck!
